RESERVATION POLICIES:

We require a deposit of half the tour cost by 60 days before the start date of the tour, and the remainder no later than 40 days before the start of the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event you need to cancel your trip, the following policy applies:

• 60 days or more prior to trip start date: 50% of deposit refunded

• 59 days or less: Loss of deposit.

We reserve the right to change any routes at any time due to weather/road conditions. Rider safety is paramount to us and we will only alter the route with that in mind.

If Taiwan KOM Cycle Tours cancels an event, we will notify the client no later than 45 days before the event and offer a full refund of the tour fee/deposit, however all other coats incurred by the client such as flights we are not liable for and therefore we urge the client to see their travel insurance provider.

In the event of cancellation of a trip due to circumstances beyond the control of Taiwan KOM Cycle Tours, such as natural disasters, typhoons, political instability, the company will not be liable for any refunds and the client should consult their insurance provider.

MEDICALS:

All clients must provide a certificate of good health from a certified doctor upon arrival in Taiwan. Any client arriving without this will not be allowed to ride as an official member of the tour.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is included in the total tour cost. Please contact us if you require details of this insurance. We also recommend taking out your own travel insurance. Personal insurance for activities such as cycling is not required but recommended.
