Please note that though this tour has a lot of elevation, the route has been designed to allow plenty of rest before the race.

Would you like to have everything taken care of, from hotel pick up and drop off, with hotels booked, great dining and cultural experiences provided, to get the inside line on the most incredible roads amongst some of the best cycling terrain in all of Asia - and to do all that with a bunch of like-minded people?
Well, if so, this is the tour for you - and as the KOM Challenge is celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2026, it’s going to be even more special.
On this, our 2026 Taiwan KOM Challenge Tour, hosted in conjunction with the Taiwan Cyclist Federation, organisers of the KOM event, not only will we take care of all the entry requirements for the race, we also offer the ‘local experience’, and ensure that your trip is as hassle-free as it can possibly be.
We’ve planned this tour to provide you with the most incredible views and experiences along the best roads on the island, and to offer you a first row seat on the traditional, world famous Taiwan KOM Taroko route!
After the race, we will stay in a hotel on the mountain at Lishan, and descend along the northern approach to the KOM summit, from Lishan to Yilan. From there we transfer by van to Taipei.
Our support vans are run by experienced, local, English-speaking guides who are also avid cyclists.
Once back in Taipei, on the final day we will be on hand to assist with your departure from the airport and with any hotel bookings for those wishing to extend their trip.
This tour has been designed to be as breathtaking as possible, taking you past glistening rivers, alongside rice paddies and to the beautiful Pacific coast to Haulien, home of the KOM Challenge.
